Like to refer you to this link of a class action suit against a company recently.

BPH share price has dropped many times more than this company and DB is using his own company GBA to underwrite this with a fee. Is this not a governance issue?
Time to talk to some legal experts. BPH board should answer to this. Either they act now or it will be too late. Where are you Mr Fontaine, Mr Gilbert and Mr Whan?
