I think it is sad that the only thing that DB can do is raise further funding through new shares issue without any progress on projects or cash flow. Being a MMR SH, one needs to follow GBA, MMR and BPH as they are until recently all interrelated though finally MMR is out of his control. Unfortunately, DB is also the chairman of BPH. It is time that shareholders did what they did in MMR where I found out several SHs called the Chairman and request change of MD. MMR booted DB out in Nov. SHs should get together to request an EGM for a new board. Time to act to stop further dilution and throwing away good money.
Does anyone know good people in this space which SHs can nominate to the board to replace all these dismal performers? Time to act to stop further dilution!
