I appreciate KGM being fair to holders again. I was really grumpy when they offered the 25 mill options (at 8 cents by end of 2014, so they will never hit).
My thinking is (the same as KGM, I guess)... give the current holders the first bite of the apple. (We need to decide if the apply is poisonous :) )
