I've mentioned previously, those guys got themselves a good deal with MOO. Lots of shares and easy performance rights, they are getting a whole lot more of the company than the $10 million face value.

December was a long time a go now, what has developed since then is to the benefit of MOO, however MOO has also sweetened the deal for ShareRoot too.
