I am just highlighting that capital raising is reasonable when compared to similar raisings. If the IPO amount is too high, it is an additional risk to the existing holders.
$4 m target won't be too much trouble. IMO. Low interest environment. Big clients. High potential tech.
Just need a couple of fund managers to sign up for it.or a number of sophisticated investors.
And, MOO will have a successful re-listing.
