One can always put their own spin on things, currently the Management of MOO put the value of Shareroot at around $7m.
One of the concerns here is that technically the ownership of Shareroot goes from two to
340,774,573 post consolidation based on a 45 to 1 consolidation and a full cr of $8m @ .05.
So even if we use .001 as the sp prior to Shareroot announcement in June our Market Cap was $1,834,856 - so we will use .003 for calculations meaning MC prior to announcement was around $6m. Shares on issue after consolidation 340,774,573 if we only use 5 cents as the sp then the MC will be around $17m - so Shareroot needs to be at least worth around $11m.
Another concern is the lack of information on what is going to happen the current assets held by MOO
