Imo, eventual aims to hold stocks are either SP up or dividend receiving or both.
Same as that, if I establish orchard agribusiness in Tas, eventually they will produce fruits (dividend)
and value adding those lands (SP up) by utilizing empty ones. Avoca seems affected by South Esk river flooding and
St Marys looks also affected by heavy rain flooding as its location surrounded by mountains. It seems in general, Tasmania seems sitting rocky and gravels lands, so it is not easy to find good soil with attractive price. Compare to last and a couple of years ago, Tasmania's real estate market went up considerably.
