Re LRC

This one has me a little angry.
I have spoken to LRC about the release and was told the secretary is out of town until thursday and no one can answer the record date bar him.
This sounded a little fishy to me so I rang the asx and was informed as long as the company release the 3b and dates today all is fine. When I asked if this enables people to insider trade i.e forward record date, buy up cheap off people thinking it has gone ex record, when really it may not occur until next week. I was informed this could happen.
Very poor work by the company and not winning any friends here.
