On the 2nd November 2015 there was a letter to shareholders.
I am aggrieved that I didn't receive that letter.
In case there are others in the same situation:

It states (in part)

"......, I have reasonable grounds to believe that there is no likelihood that shareholders of the Company will receive any distribution in the course of the winding up.
.....in light of the above, I consider a capital loss on the Company's shares in accordance with section 104-145 of the Income Tax Assesment Act 1997 may now be claimed for taxation purposes."
