If pure metals cannot pay this relatively small JV payment on time (compared to their total JV investment) this is likely to be a big problem for CAP.
Cap will have to carry the entire Hawsons project by itself. Where is the money going to come from?
It would also take some time for Pure Metals to be diluted to a trigger point where CAP could resume 100% of the JV.
Equally it would seem to be the wrong move for shareholders to allowed ASI (Pure Metals) to take over the board after the AGM meeting as they propose to do.
At the last SGM, ASI and Bin Cal voted together so CAP should start future planning by removing Bin Cal as a director and perhaps as a compromise appoint an ASI nominee in his place.
Nobody will come into the CAP share register in any significant way if both Bin Cal and ASI have board seats.
