I'm cautiously optimistic about this appointment. I think it's clear now Alan is over his head and doesn't know what to do next. The ore body is very complex and hopefully he realises his limitations and is getting someone who can help, someone with experience in deciphering these kind of geological structures. Does Rob have any geological training or background does anyone know?

The 3B from the placement was only just released. Let's see if any 'Becoming a Substantial Holder' notices are issued in the next few days that link with this appointment. If not then perhaps we can take it on merit as an attempt to better understand Cangai.
