Rob did not jumped ship from Sandfire. He still sits on SFR board.
It took me a while to decipher but it is becoming increasingly obvious in my mind that someone of his calibre will not spend his valuable time, effort and reputation accepting a board role in a sub-2cents specie unless there is something bigger in play.
Ultimately, the question is whether he accepted the role on his own personal capacity or is he acting as a proxy for SFR?
