My main concern is that the current Director's have little,if any 'skin in the game'.If for example they were holding $50k worth of stock,I would be quite certain the current raise would not be at 2c.

 As per the last announcement,the current Directors have not indicated they intend taking up their full allocation under the offer.Instead only intending to subscribe $10k,$5k,$5k respectively.This I find to be a bit of an anomaly,especially as I am led to believe they are not without means.

 I have been involved in stocks previously whereby shareholders assets have been sold off at a significant discount for the simple reason the Directors were offered a more lucrative position down the road somewhere.The proviso is that they brought that asset with them.I hope that is not the case here,but I have to entertain the possibility.

 Until such time as the current Director's indicate their alignment with the current shareholder base with significant 'on market' purchases,I would urge a sense of caution here.
