I feel the same DoubleDown, about this new appointment. Although we have recruited a Director from SFR who have the necessary experience, it does not sit comfortably with me that down the track, this could turn out to be a conflict of interest when SFR makes a T/O for CCZ. Where will his allegiance be if he also a Director of SFR? My thoughts.
