According to cudeco they have it in part of their pit where the higher grade ...cough... copper is.

Actinolite is a fibrous material thst is harmful yes.. but is able to be mined with strict adherence to a mine plan approved by the DNRM.

It seems that they haven't mined it... cough... because they cant get approval to mine it or ent got the right equipment to mine it safely or something along those lines.

Nearly every mine has some form of fibrous material.. most are smart enough not to put that as part of a resource.. and all that know they have it have a plan to manage it before they go near it
