i was happy to buy at $2.50 but won't risk it at $2.80 (for a mere 45 cent again, when it can fall back to $2 if it doesn't proceed. Jangho itself does not appear to be highly cashed up https://quotes.wsj.com/CN/XSHG/601886/financials/annual/balance-sheet)
today's announcement says:
