    They are now on a PE of just under 3.
    Dividend of 23% at this share price.

    A PE this low and dividend so high is unusual considering Management have also announced today that the business and cashflow are strong and progress of doctors resigning is good etc etc. No earnings downgrades and now a takeover possibility has also been confirmed ?

    What am I missing ? Why isn't the share price $1-00 + , even in this market ?
