No I dont think charts are much help here - premium to VWAP and whether there is any likely hood of a second bidder would be main thought focus ? offer has a lot of conditions attached - if i held and if i was in profit I would probably sell into this news - sorry Im not up to speed on the F/A or on the politics of the stock
