With assets on bearish outlook marked for sale and put on maintenance, can expect surge in SP for months to come. I expect a strong cash flow in future as mining industry recovers and builders tend to cash on it with new projects to be approved and pending projects to be resumed.

Shares have been on upward momentum for a month or so till the news of NES on maintenance came. Still, volumes have been on a lower side during this downtrend and can expect a strong surge again if there is news of dividend after Annual general meeting.

I still see 40-50% upside from where we are on a short term and long term upside depends on Management and their decisions. But current SP no where reflects cash on hand and the value of assets owned by NOD
