I think JR is about to deliver for POZ like he did on UMC it's just taken a few years to get the right project.

I wouldn't be surprised if a major came after the diamond project, given the projects past history and POZ' success with the latest ground penetrating radar tech. Rio Tinto and De Beers have both worked the project, but failed to find areas of highest concentrations due to older ground penetrating radar systems not up to the job.
