proves once and for all the value QFX have built in their infrastructure and device network and management's strategy to be "device agnostic".
seems to be a prudent move by nine... good luck to them. based on their projected investment of $60m and 3 to 4 years to build it to profitability, it appears at an outright acquisition of QFX could get them there a whole lot sooner. in the meantime, they can sit back and watch it play out.
and as I've said before... currently a huge void to be exploited in the Aussie market with a lack of suitable OTT content providers. first-mover advantage in the streaming space is a massive head-start over any current (and future) competition.
looking forward to the quarterly... further growth momentum could bring QFX into serious play... and potentially a lot faster than we expect!
cant wait!
