Isn't it funny how you can look at maps and the make no real connection with naming of particular prospects?
Well, I can't believe it's taken me this long to figure out SGQ's naming conventions, especially given that in my youth I surfed (albeit poorly) 2 of these locations!!!
What I'm not sure about however, is whether it was BHP or SGQ who began the naming process for Mt Alexander, but whoever it was they are definitely surfers and as the discoveries continue along their merry way we can all now have an insight (almost like insider information) as to what the new deposit is going to be named. Maybe we'll start a "Guess the Next Discovery" thread?
