Notbad - this seems to be the prevailing reasoning on the AIM discussion site.
They seem to have the notion that this represents some major dilution, but really it was only just over 1.3m.
But OEX is compelled to go thru the conversion process immediately upon receipt of correctly completed forms and moneys, including the notice to market.
I hope there's not an impending avalanche of conversions if this is the response.
