I don't know what would be holding you back...they have already demonstrated cashflows from contracts are flowing.

Already demonstrated an ability to win BIG contracts, impliment, operate and then receive cash payments with more to come.

Are you waiting for it to go from a PE of 3.5 to 2.5? hehe

I confess to being a biased holder though.
There are risks that the customers will stop paying for products they have already accepted and made significant partial payments on, but the upside more than compensates for it.
