    I totally agree with you glyco re: the interest this will create in NCF and that it will lead to no end of interested investors and solve any funding issues NCF might have had going forward.

    As for GER's stake in NCF I think the key passage was one you have included in your latest post which states 'The investment is subject to partial claw-back by NCF should less than USD$3m be ultimately invested by Greenearth.'

    Rather than indicating a failure as some might have us believe it indicates that should GER not be able to raise the money required to gain their full stake of 33%, their stake will be clawed back so that GER will end up with something less than 33%, but holding an ownership percentage nonetheless.

    Given the fact that GER have a thriving energy efficiency business in their own right with massive upside in the years and decades ahead, any investment in NCF, no matter how small or big, is just icing on the cake for mine.

    People can downplay GER and its future prospects all they like, but all indications for me regarding this company (with the notable exception of the geothermal business) are bright and getting brighter.
