Lendlease benefit from being the locked in contractor to do the work and using the expertise EMC have to win work in a space they are hoping to break into. Win win.

This is only my assumption based on 15 years in the engineering management, construction and design space but I haven't heard much to the contrary. But you know what they say of those who ass-ume!

Agreed - EMC do the design, LLC do construction and project management. If battery involved, EMC may be the supplier for that component at commercial rates.
