You are not wrong in questioning the very important "detail" of bottom line net net profit.
Given that these contracts are JV with Lend Lease and they will provide the manpower I would like to know what % of the 50% (??) will be net profit to CCE.
I am still not sure if they will make a net profit, break even or make a small loss just to win contracts.
The total contracts value of $30mil sounds promising but better transparency is needed on bottom line profit . If for example CCE were to make 25% net margin of their 50% that would result in a NPAT of $3,750,000 (they would not be paying any tax because of their huge carried forward losses). If that were the case the SP should have rerated upwards significantly -- but it has not done that, so far . So in my mind (and the market) doubt remains until they announce net profit guidance, similar to other listed companies.
