That's based on less-than-6 months of the financial year.
On an annualised basis, an NPAT increase of $325k equates to closer to a 20% uplift, based on the FY2017's NPAT of ~$1.436m.
Of course, the sustainability of that uplift is another question.
Still, a lot better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick...
