You quite rightly suggest that directors can buy with money obtained from anywhere. This is inane and I see no reason to even discuss it any further.

Your underlying and explicit theme in the last sentence was that the director buying is an absolute sign that MNS is doing well. You string together this theme when you say "It's a very positive sign that multiple directors have been buying!".

But if you were going to be accurate you would say "It's a very positive sign that multiple directors have been buying including several who are heavily in the red over their period of buying, and the rest has lots several baggers of paper gains through MNS' over 2 years of downtrend, yet I encourage you all to take their buying as a hint because when you buy it will be different."
