I was not talking about how any directors investments are going and whether the current paper value was higher or lower than their buy in price. Some directors are likely in the green and some are not.
If you think its important to know how well directors investments are going on paper perhaps start a new thread and see if you can calculate all the directors buy in prices?
My post was actually about directors buying on market and not necessarily using their MNS salary to do so. A director buying $515K of company stock over a 12 month period is a very good confidence indicator that projects are heading in the right direction (especially if that director is an experienced project manager)

I need not make a new thread because I was using your example of Vogts (which is, on the numbers, a very bad example of a "positive sign").
