No one cares about your view or anyone else’s view on whether director buying is a positive or negative market indicator.
There is a wealth of empirical evidence which supports the fact that director buying is a positive indicator to the market. I’d put my money on any scholar before you.
Many trading strategies have been tested to determine whether buying around director purchases could lead investors to achieve abnormal returns. In most cases abnormal returns could be achieved before the inclusion of trading costs.
You’re trying to use a 2 day ‘bloodbath’ to instigate arguments with people on this forum and, frankly, it’s quite pathetic.
The reality is MNS recently raised 11m at a much higher share price, so one has to applaud management for their luck or foresight in raising capital and implementing trading halts around some of these deep red days.
For the record, I just topped up at 28c. It will be money well spent.
