Make sure you do your own research on them. While they give leverage, they have higher downside risk if things go pear-shaped and have lower liquidity. I hold options in another company that are worthless atm, hoping for SP appreciation so I can dump them before they expire at the end of this year. Otherwise I'm owning a huge percentage loss. Nothing is a no brainer...
