Good job they built the infrastructure in times of high prices and that it's not corroding under saltwater in a race against time and nature .

Opec won't want to sell Oil at a 66% discount and it doesn't have to so why are they doing so ?

Somebody must be compensating countries like Venezuela to go along with something they otherwise could not afford to do even if they wanted .
