I still work out 32c is the case.
"not to accept any purported conversion where the volume weighted average price of AED shares is less than the floor price (AU$0.40)."
That means 40c is okay!
"conversion price will be calculated as a 20% discount to the prevailing volume weighted average price"
That means the Conversion price can be 40c * 80%=32c.
