    drillsearch presumably have pre-emptive rights with JV partners in Pel570 divestitures. I wonder if Drillsearch opted not to exercise their right to match Santos offer to avoid the need for more capital spend. Also, Santos as operator of pel570 is good news for Pel570 and thus good for drillsearch.
