I think the sell down attributed to the cash burn. A year ago they had $30M odd in the bank, that’s starting to look thin and investors might be wondering where the funding is going to come from to commercialise the project. Potash is on the nose and this is an all or nothing play, unlike the others mentioned which have potash as a secondary play to their operational focus.
