This announcement is somewhat lame. Yes, lame. The supposed completion of documentation should have been completed weeks ago. What the market needs to hear is -
1) the TRANSACTION has been completed
2) the CBA debt has been cleared
3) the senior debt with WELAS now stands at $59.3M
4) the term of the debt is .......
This is FFF so I can't see it happening very quickly.
Not happy. It is only a few months off two years since FFF announced it's plans for recapitalisation and it still hasn't been put to bed.
