The $450,000 establishment fee (ie. 1.5% of loan amount) is a handy earner, and one which would appear goes to Tony Wales, although not sure about that (DYOR). Anyway, a nice little earner, especially if the loan amount doesn't run the full term of two years!! The proposal appears to cater for the loan to be paid out early if opportunity to do so arises.
I could do with a nice little establishment fee like that - I just don't have a spare $29M to lend to FFF to start with.
Hopefully this arrangement will settle the waters and let the market find the true SP value for FFF (whatever that may be - at the least it should be north of the current price level).
I am also wondering if the directors still have in mind to proceed with a share consolidation.
