I am not sure that GPR does have 90% of KGD, latest Change of Substantial Holding Notice on 13 Oct 17 (https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20171016/pdf/43n84dpgmg0p68.pdf) indicates 84.5%.  I am not sure that GPR actually own that proportion of the asset either because they still have expenditure/drilling commitments to reach the next ownership milestone as far as I am aware.  Messy ownership structure as it is now so it would be in everyone's interest to get this sorted out.  There is massive value to be gained from this project which is getting better every month - looking forward to further updates from GPR who are doing a great job of expanding the resource.
