    I actually believe GPR are happy with current situation. They refer to KGD as a controlled subsidiary and have now gone over 90% control so have the option to seek compulsory takeover of the remainder of the company if they desire. They have also referred to significant tax breaks from KGD losses which is another positive.
    JORC is due any day now!!
