Hi Pext I don't think offtakes are an issue , it's more an issue of not having any finance made a valuable for refurbishment before Permits are in place.
Yes this stock is one I had in mind about being in early, with a MC of $11 Mil and KAS is another but they are Spec stocks so can go either way.

I was a latecomer with regards to RVR, however am well in the money and it is a blue chip in comparison anyway...
