It says by the end of 2017 , not long to wait and let's hope that works out but the timing on issuing permits is out CZL's hands, their job is to make sure they are submitted correctly, that's why you find there is a ? after "fully permitted ?" and also all the other stages, they can only be estimated and one often depends on the other....in the meantime they will continue doing things they are permitted to do..

On page six the have refurbishment 4-6 months and permitting 6 months so they have the same timeline. However IMO they won't get any funding for refurbishment before the required permits are in place, given that, if they get the permits by year end and it takes 4-6 months to do that job,then production would more likely start in the 2nd Quarter not the 1st Quarter as anticipated...we are in Mexico not Australia so we operate on Mexican time ...

As Management will be keen as anyone to get things going as quickly as possible and take advantage of the Zinc price they will be doing what they can to speed up the process...however take timelines with a grain of salt they are best estimates and aren't often met especially in other countries...
