100% your correct, except it will continue to retrace until such time as they win Big $5-10+ mil contract deals
Investors were promised so much in 2018 and they delivered nothing, then they said 2019 will be there year. Same story of doing the same thing and expecting a different result from a corporate & market side. Halo will no doubt bring in new interest from end users, waiting to see if that will result in actual sales.
Incredibly frustrating to say the least.
Would be nice to see them come to AUS regularly seeing how they are only listed on the ASX.

They have to defend there SP whilst they work on the larger deals.
on a positive note Options (ELSO) are looking cheap again at sub 0.20
