well someoone doesnt care what they are selling for ,,must be taking a good old loss,,l bought at 1 cents so cant take advantage of these but order a tad lower and if it gets hit l would be shocked ,,crazy but suppose when you have to sell you accept anything these days,,wouldnt mind knowing if the seller has land for sale as l reckon they would give that away as well
