Disappointing? Not at all. Typical? Yes. Cassini will have its day. Personally I'm happy for an indifferent response by the market to good news because it means I have an opportunity to accumulate more shares cheap and with less risk. This announcement really supports OZL's strategy of developing mining provinces (as opposed to single deposits) and it's not going to proceed with a decision to build a 10mt plant unless it's confident that it has decades of ore feed.
