To me, the real value is in Statseeker. Look at the operating leverage involved in the business... Add ot that the fact that TCN's partner must sell out in the medium term as their investments have a 5 year timeframe on them.
TCN may buy them out, or sell the whole thing. Either way, a hefty multiple should be had for Statseeker (you would think).
