Hi guys

Yep there will be about a billion shares on issue when they relist with most of the shares issued at 3c.

Im sure we will find out who the holders of these shares are (via convertible notes) as part of the EGM materials.

But a small % of something is better than 100% of nothing!

I haven't had a chance to look at the financials yet though so I have no idea how they have been performing.

And the best news about relisting and business survival for me is what I assume will be the continued production and supply of Bioeffective A. I take it every day and I could not live without it!
