Guess a lot of those people who participated in the offer at 1.0 c are cashing in including those sophistacated investors who picked up the shortfall. 150ML extra shares will go on the registry now taking it to 450Ml which is still low. Hoping this has legs to get it back over 3.5c. Someone must be buying at these current levels. Maybe its PPP next tip.
