Most posters do not read reports properly. I thought that I had got this one under control, but I brought it home to read again and am finding new stuff. Do not be cursory as there are 'secrets' there, and knowledge.

I don't want to accuse you of being slack as you may be a learner, but do yourself a favour mate and spend some decent time to read and understand as best you can (it ain't easy, but try at least). It will do you good, but do not stop there as it's a continuing learning process.
