    The JV wasn't announced last year and the SP barley been over 10c in the last year so I don't think you are remembering correctly.

    But given since its last highs of around 16c back in November 2016 (which is when I assume you believe I said it wouldn't go below 10c again) there has only really been positive news I have no idea why it is so low, hence my question.
